Typed letter from N.D. Pendleton to Rev. Charles E. Doering in Dunfield, NJ, USA. In thinking over Mr. Price’s request, Pendleton decided that there should be a general policy for the absence of teachers from the school for the purpose of doing other work. Pendleton met with the available Board members, Raymond (Pitcairn) and Ed (no surname given, probably Edward C. Bostock), and they approved of his suggested policy. Pendleton has sent a letter explaining the policy to Mr. Price.
