Typed letter from N.D. Pendleton to Rev. Ernst Deltenre in Brussels, Belgium. Pendleton has received Deltenre’s note with enclosed letter from Mr. Puthod to Deltenre and Deltenre’s reply. Pendleton finds Deltenre’s response comprehensive. Pendleton writes that in Bryn Athyn, they are getting along well despite severe financial losses in the holdings of the Academy and the General Church. Pendleton send greetings to Mrs. Deltenre and Deltenre’s daughters.

Typed letter from N.D. Pendleton to Rev. Ernst Deltenre in Brussels, Belgium. Pendleton has heard of Deltenre’s illness and has been hoping for news of his recovery. Pendleton is pleased that Marie Emanuel will be attending the Academy next year; He encloses a certificate of acceptance which she will need in order to enter the US. Pendleton adds in postscript that he has just now heard from Mrs. Doron Synnestvedt (Marie Louise Deltenre) that Deltenre is indeed recovering.
