Typed letter from N.D. Pendleton to Louise Gladish in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada. Due to increased attendance, the Elementary school needs more full-time teachers. Although Pendleton had wanted Gladish to complete several more courses before taking on a full-time position, he now offers her a job as a full-time teacher with compensation of $130 per month.
