Pendleton agrees with Baeckstrom that Erik Sandstrom should be ordained into the second degree of the priesthood. Pendleton will try to arrange for Bishop Tilson to perform the ceremony and thinks it would probably be best for Sandstrom to travel to London for that purpose if it can be arranged.
