Pendleton has yet to receive a reply from Leonardos as to whether he will attend the 1928 London Assembly, but if this is possible, Pendleton hopes to ordain Leonardos at the Assembly instead. Envelope marked “return to sender.” Pendleton remarks that he met Leonardos’ son, Georges, with his wife at Church in Bryn Athyn on Sunday. The Pendletons dined with the young Leonardos couple before they departed from Philadelphia on their way to New York. Pendleton writes that it is a pleasure to know that the Rio Society continues to grow, and he trusts the Lord’s Providence will be with them.
