Pendleton intends to ordain Rev. Robert J. Tilson into the third degree of the priesthood, and Acton into the second degree. The General Church will contribute $400 towards Acton's travel expenses if he is able to attend.

Pendleton is sorry to hear that Deltenre cannot attend the British Assembly, however, he looks forward to visiting Deltenre in Brussels after the Assembly. Pendleton informs Deltenre that Mr. (Ernst) Pfeiffer has been assigned to take over the work of the General Church in the Hague.
