Pendleton tells Acton that Mission funds should be regulated by the Mission Council in South Africa, and the doner may be a member of the South African Committee in Bryn Athyn. Pendleton trusts that the latter arrangement can be put in place around next September. Theodore Pitcairn will be coming back to Bryn Athyn to resume his work as one of the society pastors.
