Typed letter from N.D. Pendleton to Rev. Willis L. Gladish. Pendleton acknowledges Gladish’s last letter, in which he learned for the first time of the death of Mr. Landenberger. Pendleton does not know why Mr. (Gilbert?) Smith would object to the reading of Gladish’s paper. Pendleton is interested in Gladish’s thoughts for further developing the Sharon Church.

Pendleton notes with interest that Mr. Wilson has leased his theatre in Clinton and hopes to move to Chicago to join the Sharon Church. In Bryn Athyn, they are preparing for the upcoming February meetings, and Pendleton regrets that Gladish will not be able to attend.
