Rennels informs Gyllenhaal that she has not received either Gyllenhaal’s annual statistical report or his ministerial report. She encloses two blank report forms to be filled out and returned at Gyllenhaal’s earliest convenience. The secretary of the Council of the Clergy cannot complete his work until all reports are received.
