Rennels encloses a statistical report form for Iungerich to fill out as neither she nor Mr. Whitehead have received one from Iungerich yet. Additional handwritten note by Rennels states that Iungerich discovered his original report had not been mailed, and he brought it with him to Bryn Athyn.

Rennels requests that Acton fill out the enclosed blank forms immediately after December 31st and mail them back to Bishop Pendleton so that the records from South Africa can be included in the report of the Secretary of the Council of the Clergy. Acton did not send a report last year, and he must make sure he mails them by early January if he wants them included this year.
