Typed letter from N.D. Pendleton to Rev. Fred E. Waelchli in Berlin, Canada. Pendleton thanks Waelchli for sending him the two resolutions. Pendleton has written a long letter to Raymond Pitcairn laying out his views on the mode of selecting a Bishop of the General Church. Pendleton presented this letter to the ministers in Bryn Athyn and they expressed their desire that it should be sent to all the ministers of the General Church.
