Typed letter from N.D. Pendleton to Rev. Fred E. Waelchli in Berlin. Canada. Pendleton has received word from Fred Davis, secretary of the Middleport Society, that they would be happy to host Waelchli. They would like to know the exact dates of his visit so they can inform the members living in the countryside. Pendleton has also heard from Mr. Colon Schott of Cincinnati who writes that a special effort will be made to have full attendance during Waelchli’s visit in November. Pendleton reports that they had their first Consistory meeting this morning and discussed the topics of Dr. Fercken and Mr. Keep’s resignation from the Baltimore society.
