Letter from N.D. Pendleton to Rev. Robert J. Tilson, 1932-06-20

 Item
Identifier: RG.004.01

Scope and Contents

Typed letter from N.D. Pendleton to Rev. Robert J. Tilson in London, England. Along with this letter, Pendleton is enclosing his address to the British Assembly and a copy of a letter that he wrote years ago to Gilbert Smith concerning the place and function of a Pastor’s Council. This letter seemed to clear the confusion which had arisen in Glenview at the time regarding pastors' councils. When addressing the Assembly, Pendleton hopes Tilson will communicate that Bryn Athyn has taken great pleasure in sending Mr. Acton to England to serve as Tilson’s assistant. Pendleton and his family are now busy preparing to relocate to their camp at Indian Like in the Adirondacks for the summer. Names mentioned: Gilbert Smith, Mr. (Wynne) Acton
