Rather than papers, the entire time was devoted to discussion this year. The main topics discussed were: teaching the doctrine of Conjugial Love, the relation of the General Church to its subordinate bodies (i.e. Sons of the Academy), and the support of ministers by voluntary offerings. Pendleton also informs Tilson that the General Church will pay his traveling expenses if he takes his proposed trip to Failsworth, Bath, Bristol, and Street.
