Regarding the schedule for the upcoming Pittsburgh district assembly, Pendleton suggests having the Holy Supper either in the evening or directly following the morning service, rather than in the afternoon. In Bryn Athyn, the schools have opened successfully. Attendance is at a record high, with the college having over 50 students and the elementary school having about 150. Additionally, the elementary school has four new teachers this year. Pendleton writes, “It is not well to brag of numbers, but steady growth gives a feeling of encouragement.”
