Scope and Contents

Typed letter from Rev. Theodore Pitcairn to N.D. Pendleton in Bryn Athyn, PA, USA. Report of Pitcairn’s work in France: “I am conducting regular weekly services and doctrinal classes here. There are eleven actual members of the Church here, and six or seven others who attend the services and classes, some of whom are earnestly interested. Besides which there are eleven infants and children including my family. The departure of Mr. Oyler and his family has reduced the number here by three. I enclose part of an article I have recently written; the remainder will follow shortly. I hope you and Mrs. Pendleton many have a very joyful Christmas, and a happy New Year.” Names mentioned: Mr. (Philip) Oyler, Mrs. (Beatrice Walton Childs) Pendleton
