Pendleton informs W.F.P. that the people of Pittsburgh would prefer not to have a district assembly due to the recent General Assembly. Pendleton is planning to officiate the upcoming wedding of Clio (Pollock) and Gerald (Glenn). Marriage laws in the state of West Virginia are very strict, and Pendleton requests an identification certificate from W.F.P. so that he can take out a special license.
