Letter from N.D. Pendleton to Bishop William F. Pendleton, 1906-10-09
Scope and Contents
Handwritten letter from N.D. Pendleton to Bishop William F. Pendleton. Pendleton received the certificate from W.F.P. in plenty of time for his trip to Zanesville. Concerning W.F.P.’s letter about the recent Consistory meeting, Pendleton comments, “. . . as you rightly remark, I have had my say. Certainly I should be ungracious not to be pleased at the attitudes of my fellow members.” Pendleton reports that he is preparing a paper for the District Assembly, but he will have to leave before the meetings are over in order to return to Pittsburgh for Sunday worship.
