Handwritten letter from N.D. Pendleton to Bishop William F. Pendleton. At the last council of ministers, it was decided that Pendleton should write a paper to present at the next meeting. Due to a lack of funds, there is little chance of Pendleton attending this year. He asks W.F.P. whether he should still prepare a paper in light of these circumstances.
