Scope and Contents

Handwritten letter from N.D. Pendleton to Rev. Carl Theophilus Odhner. Pendleton was informed by Walter Faulkner that a photograph of the Atlantic Garden restaurant was taken and sent in time for the Founders’ Day Banquet. Pendleton is enclosing a letter from W. C. C. (Walter C. Childs) which he forgot to return to Odhner with his previous letter. Pendleton is also forwarding a General Church application for Mrs. Null, a long-time member of the Convention Allegheny Society. Pendleton is sorry not to have seen Odhner at the Toronto Assembly. The Assembly had a sphere of enthusiasm which reminded Pendleton of the old Academy days. Next week Pendleton will travel to visit the Erie Society. Names mentioned: Walter Faulkner, “W. C. C.” (Walter C. Childs), Mrs. (Joanna J.) Null
