The members found Iungerich’s brief for his proposed paper very engaging. Mr. Pfeiffer plans to visit Bryn Athyn soon, and Pendleton has heard that he hopes to meet individually with the clergy “in order to impart to [them] the higher light.” Pendleton is looking forward to the approaching midyear meetings and wonders if Iungerich will be able to preach in Bryn Athyn the Sunday before the meetings. Pendleton recommends the Pittsburgh society celebrate Swedenborg’s birthday on that Friday so Iungerich can make it to Bryn Athyn in time to preach on Sunday.
