Letter from N.D. Pendleton to Rev. Fernand Hussenet, 1916-07-07
Scope and Contents
Typed letter from N.D. Pendleton to Rev. Fernand Hussenet in Paris, France. Pendleton thanks Hussenet for his report which Madame Iungerich was able to translate for him; It arrived in time and was presented at the recent Assembly. Although it appeared at first as if few would come, Assembly ended up being very successful and well attended, with about 230 guests. The questions which recently plagued the Church seem to have come as close as possible to a solution, and Pendleton feels they can now move forward in a state of freedom. Pendleton trusts that the “Flon developments” will not interfere with the growth and well-being of Hussenet’s society in France.
