Letter from N.D. Pendleton to Rev. Henry Heinrichs, 1928-03-07
Scope and Contents
Typed letter from N.D. Pendleton to Rev. Henry Heinrichs in Denver, CO, USA. In reply to Heinrichs’ letter of March 2nd, Pendleton writes that it will not be necessary for Heinrichs to make his usual trip to the Northwest this summer as his trip to London for the Assembly will take him away from his congregation for long enough. Pendleton is encouraged by the improvement of the situation in the Denver Society as exemplified by the addition of a new member. Pendleton thinks Heinrichs was right to have a frank talk with his council about a potential change of pastors. Pendleton advises Heinrichs to “keep hard at it, generate a sphere of confidence, and the Lord will bless your work.”
