Typed letter from N.D. Pendleton to Rev. Thomas S. Harris in Halethorpe, MD, USA. Pendleton was sad to learn in Harris’ letter of April 11th that he (Harris) will be unable to attend the 1928 General Assembly in London. However, Pendleton was happy to read that the people of Arbutus have been very pleased with Harris’ work and would like him to continue as their pastor. Pendleton has suggested that Rev. Fred E. Waelchli make an episcopal visit to Dallas on his way Los Angeles this summer. Pendleton thinks Harris will agree that this is an economical arrangement from the standpoint of the General Church treasury.
