Most of the enlisted boys are part of what used to be the Pennsylvania National Guard and are camped in Augusta, GA., waiting to be deployed to France. Pendleton hopes Miss Enid Cockerell will decide to come study in Bryn Athyn; If she can pay for her passage from South Africa, the Academy will give her a full scholarship.
