Typed letter from N.D. Pendleton to Rev. Fred E. Gyllenhaal in Durban, Natal, South Africa. Pendleton has received Gyllenhaal’s letter of Oct. 12th. Pendleton reports that he has learned in a note from Mr. Morse that several Australian New Churchmen have reconciled their differences as a result of the General Church’s efforts. Pendleton is glad that Gyllenhaal has accepted the responsibility of representing the Bishop in the Church’s work in Basutoland. Pendleton advises that Gyllenhaal begin by instructing the Basuto leaders who are under Mr. Mofokeng. Pendleton writes that Gyllenhaal may use the money sent to him according to his judgment, and he suggests that Gyllenhaal might try selling photos to people in Bryn Athyn to pay for the price of the kodak camera.
