Letter from N.D. Pendleton to Rev. Willis L. Gladish, 1925-02-20
Scope and Contents
Typed letter from N.D. Pendleton to Rev. Willis L. Gladish. Pendleton has received Gladish’s letter of Feb. 16th with enclosed letter from Gladish to Mr. John Forrest. Pendleton advises Gladish to deal with Forrest’s moods by not taking them seriously and politely telling him to mind his own business. Pendleton reports that the annual meetings were successful and that George DeCharms’ health has greatly improved. Pendleton is interested in Gladish’s trip to Clinton with his wife; He believes that Convention “has for years been following a defeatist program” and that the General Church will gradually take over the work of the Church from them.
