Pendleton reports that Gladish’s letter of Nov. 24th was placed before the Board of Directors, and they appreciated the suggestions made by the Colchester Board of Finance; The remittances to England will be adjusted in accordance with these suggestions. Pendleton wishes Gladish could attend the midyear meetings in Bryn Athyn; Theodore Pitcairn, Mr. (Ernst) Pfeiffer, and Elmo Acton will all be in attendance, but they will have less ministers from abroad this year owing to the depression.
