Handwritten letter from N.D. Pendleton to Rev. Charles E. Doering. After receiving Doering’s communication of Oct. 22nd, Pendleton discussed the matter with Bishop (W.F.) Pendleton and has decided to apply for free tuition for Ora (Pendleton). Ora’s spare time outside of school will be fully employed in “home duties”, but Pendleton now understands that working off tuition is not always required.
