Identifier: RG.004.01

Scope and Contents

Typed letter from N.D. Pendleton to Rev. Ernst Deltenre in Brussels, Belgium. Pendleton has received Deltenre’s letter of May 27th and has also seen Deltenre’s 1913-1914 report to the Bishop of the Brussels Mission, with enclosed membership applications for Mademoiselle Maryla Winska and Monsieur J.J. Gaillard. Deltenre’s greetings were read at the June 19th celebration. Pendleton writes that this year’s June 19th “was notable because of the laying of the corner stone of the first “Academy Temple,” Cathedral, or Church, we know not just what to call it.” They have also received word in Bryn Athyn of Deltenre’s injury, and they wish him a quick recovery. Pendleton will send Deltenre a report of the Council of the Clergy meetings. Names mentioned: Bishop (W.F.) Pendleton, Mademoiselle Maryla Winska, Monsieur J.J. Gaillard, Mr. (Theodore?) Pitcairn, Mrs. Deltenre
