Scope and Contents
Typed letter from N.D. Pendleton to Joseph S. David in Denver, CO, USA. Pendleton acknowledges David’s letter of April 2nd. Pendleton agrees it is disappointing that the streetcar advertisements did not result in better attendance at David’s lectures. Pendleton discusses the options David has suggested for his son, Llewellyn (David); Pendleton is sorry that the climate in Denver does not agree with Llewellyn, but he does not think it is feasible to transfer him to school in Bryn Athyn as there would be no one to replace him. Pendleton agrees it would be useful for Mr. Waelchli to have assistance, but fears that circumstances may soon narrow his field. Names mentioned: Mr. (William) Benade, Llewellyn (David), Mr. Waelchli
