Letter from N.D. Pendleton to Rev. Albert Bjorck, 1923-01-10
Scope and Contents
Typed letter from N.D. Pendleton to Rev. Albert Bjorck in Bath, England. Bjorck’s letter of December 4th has arrived, along with the latest number of the “New Church Standard”. Pendleton found Bjorck’s article about the Lord as a person very enjoyable. Pendleton’s only suggestion about the Standard is that Bjorck should try to make it distinct from other New Church periodicals to avoid duplication. In Bryn Athyn, they are now preparing for the February Ministers’ Meetings. Pendleton expects they will be more interesting than usual because of the planned joint afternoon meetings of the ministers with the Academy faculty. Pendleton is sorry that Bjork will not be there, but he hopes Bjorck may be able to attend the upcoming General Assembly in Glenview.
