Typed letter from N.D. Pendleton to Rev. Gustaf Baeckström in Stockholm, Sweden. Pendleton has received Baeckstrom’s report of Dec. 8th detailing his recent missionary trip. Pendleton hopes Oslo will become a New Church center in the same way that Stockholm has. Baeckstrom’s visits to other places, including southern Stockholm, also appear encouraging and useful. Pendleton has received Mr. Holm’s translation of the New Jerusalem and Its Heavenly Doctrines; He cannot read it, but is happy to have it for his library. Pendleton sends his love to Senta (Centervall) who has a warm place in his and Mrs. (Beatrice) Pendleton’s hearts.
