Typed letter from N.D. Pendleton to Rev. Gustaf Baeckström in Stockholm, Sweden. Pendleton acknowledges Baeckstrom’s letter of Dec. 14th with enclosed membership applications. Pendleton congratulates Baeckstrom and his wife on the birth of their son, although he understands from Mrs. Ahlberg that there were complications. He hopes both mother and son will continue to prosper. Pendleton is pleased that the Stockholm Society continues to grow; Pendleton thinks it has a remarkable history in this respect. In Bryn Athyn, they have begun preparing for the February ministers’ meetings. Pendleton is also preparing for the Assembly in Kitchener, which he hopes Baeckstrom will be able to attend.
