Typed letter from N.D. Pendleton to Rev. Gustaf Baeckström in Stockholm, Sweden. Pendleton acknowledges Baeckstrom’s letter of Feb. 13th. The applications for General Church membership have been received and accepted. Pendleton congratulates Baeckstrom on the success and growth of the Stockholm Society, and writes that Baeckstrom should be prepared for backlash from the opposition (i.e. Conference Church?). With increasing numbers in the Academy, they are having difficulty accommodating students of all different backgrounds and educational standards. They are also having problems with discipline; 2 boys have been dismissed for failing and 2 for insubordination.
