Typed letter from N.D. Pendleton to Rev. Gustaf Baeckström in Stockholm, Sweden. Pendleton acknowledges Baeckstrom’s recent promising report and letters of Apr. 4th and May 18th. Pendleton is finding it complicated to arrange a trip which includes all the Church’s European societies, but he expects to be in Stockholm the last week of August and the first week in September. Pendleton’s daughter Ora (Pendleton) and Miss Creda Glenn will accompany him to Stockholm, and Pendleton asks Baeckstrom to make hotel accommodations for them. Raymond Pitcairn will not be able to come to Sweden. Pendleton hopes Baeckstrom will be able to attend the British Assembly. Pendleton’s address in London will Care of Thomas Cook and Sons, London.
