Pendleton would like to visit Sweden again, but does not think it will be possible until the war is over. Pendleton writes about life in Bryn Athyn; The internal strife is not as bad as it was, but there are still many difficulties. Pendleton hopes that the upcoming meetings of the Councils at Thanksgiving will result in some common understanding.
