Letter from N.D. Pendleton's secretary to Rev. Karl R. Alden, 1923-09-26
Scope and Contents
Typed letter from N.D. Pendleton's secretary, Freda Pendleton, to Rev. Karl R. Alden in Toronto, Canada. F. Pendleton informs Alden that N.D. Pendleton will visit Canada next May. F. Pendleton discusses the weather in Bryn Athyn; today they have the heaviest fog she has ever seen, and in general it has been unusually and unpleasently wet. F. Pendleton's father (W.F. Pendleton) is not ill but is very frail. However, W.F. Pendleton preached at the last Assembly "with some of his old time vigor" and he will start teaching at the theological school next week.
