Typed letter from N.D. Pendleton to Rev. Karl R. Alden in Toronto, Canada. General Church letterhead. Copy attached. Pendleton acknowledges Alden's letter of June 15th, which he recieved right before he flew to Pittsburg in response to an invitation from the Philosophy club. Pendleton congratulates Alden on the decision to open a school for the Toronto society next fall, and sends his greetings to the assembled teachers. Pendleton asks Alden to tell Mr. Synnestvedt that he (Pendleton) regrets fot seeing him (Synnestvedt) in Pittsburgh. Pendleton is anticipating good results from the teachers' meetings and also from the following meetings of the Sons.
