Rennels requests Acton fill out and return the enclosed ministerial and statistical report blanks so that they may be included in the report of the Secretary of the Council of Clergy at the mid-year meetings. Acton has not sent in these reports for the last 3 years, and the Bishop (N.D. Pendleton) hopes that Acton will made a special effort this year. In order for them to arrive in time, Acton must mail the reports by the last day of December at the lastest.
