Typed letter from N.D. Pendleton to Rev. Elmo C. Acton in Durban, Natal, South Africa. Pendleton acknowledges Acton's letter of April 14th. He then discusses the recent Assembly, which some have called the greatest one yet. Visiting church members from Kitchener were especially generous "in the matter of provision for our comfort." Pendleton is glad to hear the John Jiyana is doing good work in Zululand, and believes he (Jiyana) has a great future. Pendleton is impressed by Acton's use of the New Church Life in his teaching, and also praises Miss Champion as the founder of the Durban New Church school. The letter ends with greetings to Ione (Acton) and all friends.
