Typed letter from N.D. Pendleton to Rev. Fred E. Waelchli. Pendleton informs Waelchli that his interesting report was read aloud in Consistory this morning. Pendleton presented Waelchli’s suggestion for certain changes with reference to his visits to Detroit and Erie to the Executive Committee and then to Mr. Synnestvedt and the minsters in Chicago and Glenview. Pendleton suggests Waelchli write to Synnestvedt, Gladish, and Smith with a more detailed proposal. He also suggests they have a meeting in Bryn Athyn in February to confirm any agreement they may arrive at. Pendleton reports that George DeCharms is ill again and temporarily out of commission.
