Scope and Contents
Photographs or photographs of various aspects of John Pitcairn's life. The images are in box two which contains envelopes (folders) beginning with number 12. They are arranged as follows:
Box 3
Folder 12 - Picture Yuma Mill & Mining Company of which John was primary investor.
Folder 13 - Pictures and slides of the carriages in John Pitcairn's carriage house, before and after restoration.
Folder14 - Pictures of John Pitcairn's outings and/or camping trips.
Folder 15 - Pictures of John Pitcairn's homes on Spring Garden St. in Philadelphia and his estate, Cairnwood, outside the city.
Folder 16 - Pictures of the construction of the Bryn Athyn, PA cathedral.

This description is provided by Katie Davis Goerwitz, niece of Clara Davis Pitcairn.
[Evaline Grant Davis]... would be Lena (Selina) Davis's mother, and my great grandmother... She was married to "drugstore grandpa" Edward A. Davis of Middleport, Ohio.
