Handwritten postal card from Dr. George R. Starkey in Washington, D. C. to his wife, Caira Skelton Starkey in Vineland, N.J. Dated “Wednesday 10th(?),” no month or year. Filed under 1875.

Contents: -Caira’s postal received -if Starkey’s letter of yesterday was too blue/sad, “put it into the warm sunlight of a warm heart & an abiding trust, & it will fade out to a flesh colored white” -hope it will be convenient to let Gertrude go to P. (Philadelphia) for oxygen etc.
