Typed letter from N.D. Pendleton to Rev. Elmo C. Acton in Durban, Natal, South Africa. Pendleton tells Acton that Mission funds should be regulated by the Mission Council in South Africa, and the doner may be a member of the South African Committee in Bryn Athyn.
